Your mind is always busy. But then where is the space? Space to breath? To be peaceful? To cultivate creativity? To visualise a dream? Or to just think of nothing, be present and allow the answers to come to you?
The more you practice, the more your body will become accustomed to the routine of the movements, freeing your mind. Releasing your conscious and allowing your subconscious mind space to play.
Cultivate joy, peace, freedom and smile. The end of each class is complimented with quite space for inward reflection. Join us on the mat for freedom, clarity and peace.

A BALANCED BODY
Is one half of your body stronger? Do you want a strong core and good posture? Would your body bend with flexibility, or break?
Flexibility and strength are key to a long and happy life in your body. Maintaining full mobility of joints and muscle, as well as remaining supple, helps to reduce the risk of injury.
Working with the weight of your own body, practicing every day will help to strengthen and balance your musculoskeletal system in a way perfectly fitted to you, growing a stronger body each day.
Excellent for beginners, advanced and all the steps required in between to cultivate a strong, flexible, toned and balanced body.
